We take care of the installation for you and provide training on how to use
Remote Life in your home.
2. Is Remote Life easy to use?
It’s easy to use Remote Life; anyone can learn how to use it. It’s
just like pressing a button to turn on your TV, making a phone call, or checking
your email. If you have any difficulties, call our service number and we will
be happy to help.
3. How does a system like this compare to others?
Remote Life is the best of its kind. You never have to pay a monthly bill,
like most security systems. No one else can give you control over your home
like t-ORB can. It’s more than a security system.

Yes. There is a one-year warranty.

Why shouldn’t you? Remote Life has so many benefits to offer you, your
family and your home; you can’t lose.

It can be any kind of computer, as long as it has Internet Explorer.

It’s the Consumer Electronic Association. t-ORB is a member of CEA.
13. Can an appliance module control everything that is plugged into a power
strip?
Yes, but keep in mind that the appliance module does not dim, it only controls
appliances and the various items that are plugged into that power strip. It
will only turn the appliances on or off.
14. Is Remote Life controlled from other sources
outside of my home or is it within my home?
Everything is controlled from within your home, the main computer that controls
your system is placed within your home. You are in control and only you allow
who has access to your Remote Life.
15. Do I need to have Internet access?
No, it can be controlled from within your home only, but there are some features
that work best if you are online.
16. What is the size of the Remote Life system?
The main computer, the Remote Life Control Center, is about the size of a Play
Station.
17. What can I control with Remote Life?
With Remote Life you can control every electrical appliance found in and around
your home.
18. If I have Remote Life can anyone see me?
No, only you can specify who has access to your camera(s).
